Refunds and Returns Policy

At Creativo.io, we provide productized professional services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a transparent return and refund process.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for all service packages purchased through our website. The 30-day period begins on the date of your initial purchase/checkout.

2. Refund Eligibility & Restocking Fee

Because our “products” consist of professional time and labor, we cannot return the time already spent on a project. Therefore, we utilize a service-based restocking fee (labor deduction) for all returns:

  • Full Refund (100%): Eligible if a return is requested within 30 days and zero work/onboarding has been initiated by our team.
  • Partial Refund: If work has commenced, your refund will consist of the total amount paid minus a fee for the hours already performed, or a fixed rate of 15%, whichever is higher.
  • Final Delivery: Once a service has been 100% delivered or the 30-day window has passed, the service is considered “consumed” and is no longer eligible for a refund.

2.1 Exchanges.

Development time acquired is freely exchangeable across our services. But custom digital products created specifically for companies or brands can’t be exchanged at any stage of development.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please reach to us in our service chat or support lines with your order number. We will process your request within 2 business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
