For this we offer training in the platform’s usage for owners and groups of employees, whom can also have accounts with reduced or custom permissions.
Self-hosted platforms are portable so we can help you move the whole thing to a new hosting service, we use open source platforms so there’s no licensing costs. For cloud platforms the client always pays the subscription so its the legal owner and the person in charge of assigning roles and levels of access.
Content
The client is the absolute owner of the content created in the eShop and the info gathered by it. The content is portable and adaptable to other formats at client’s discretion.
